The Appointed Home, a division of Oliver & Co. Interiors , was created to extend our design philosophy into the ongoing life of the home, offering tailored management services that keep homes beautifully cared for and maintained.

The founder Maria Oliver, a mother of five boys, learned early the importance of creating order by her family’s many moves from New York to Hawaii and places in between. These moves challenged her to build systems for relocating, setting up a new home and maintaining it. Her design perspective shaped systems that made home run smoothly while remaining warm, stylish and thoughtfully appointed.

The Appointed Home provides the continuity and attention that ensure every home functions as effortlessly as it looks, preserving beauty, order and comfort for years to come. You don’t need to be an interior design client to benefit from these services. Appointed Home clients have access to our trusted trades for small touch-ups, refreshing upholstery and sourcing gap furnishings. Appointed Home clients can also utilize Oliver & Co.’s design practice on a more intimate scale, maintaining the same level of quality and care that defines our full-service work.
